Charlotte Sutton is the Head of Casting at the Royal Shakespeare Company. Charlotte was previously Artistic Associate of the Young Vic and Casting Associate for Chichester Festival Theatre. She also works in a freelance capacity on plays and musicals for the West End and regionally. Prior to this, she was Casting Assistant at the National Theatre from 2010-2015 before working for the Ambassador Theatre Group as Casting Associate.
