Courtney started in the industry in her teens where she performed in a handful of West End and touring shows, before going on to study at The BRIT School and ArtsEd. However, after graduating, she felt drawn to the casting side of the industry and decided to pursue that path.

In 2022, Courtney started her casting journey as a Casting Assistant to Emmy Award-winning Casting Director Theo Park, working closely with her for two years. During this time, she notably worked on high-profile projects such as The Rings of Power S2 (Amazon Studios) and The Undertow (Netflix with Complete Fiction), along with other unreleased features.

Since working with Theo, Courtney has also worked with the amazing Nanw Rowlands on a feature for Amazon Studios with 42MP, as well as later working alongside esteemed casting directors Lauren Evans and Kate Dowd.
