Jacob worked in the NT Casting Department from 2015 to 2019. Prior to working at the National Theatre, Jacob worked with Pippa Ailion Casting, David Grindrod Associates and Telsey and Company in New York. He continues to work as a freelance Associate Casting Director with James Orange Casting as well as within the National Theatre Casting Department.
