Ruth currently casts projects for TV, Film and Commercial. Recent and upcoming work includes the series “Rebus” (BBC) and “Generation Z” (Channel 4), feature films “House of Stairs” and “28 Years Later: The Bone Temple”, campaigns for Hennessy, The Glenlivet, Mercedes-Benz and Meta Quest. Ruth has previously worked with Olivia Scott-Webb, Nanw Rowlands, Lucy Rands and Shaheen Baig.

Originally from Sligo on the West Coast of Ireland, Ruth began her career at the Pavilion Theatre in Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin. On moving to London, Ruth worked at the Bush and National Theatres. Ruth has cast extensively for Stage and was Resident Casting Director at the Unicorn Theatre. Ruth was also Associate to the legendary Anne McNulty, casting productions for the Michael Grandage Company, Almeida Theatre, Manchester International Festival, Ambassador Theatre Group and Sonia Friedman Productions.

Ruth is a mentor to the National Youth Theatre Rep Company, and has previously mentored on the Roundhouse Creative Leadership Programme.
