Tom (they/them) previously worked for Daniel Edwards CDG on multiple TV Projects including LINE OF DUTY (BBC), SHOWTRIAL (BBC/World Productions), THEN BARBARA MET ALAN (BBC) and  part of the Emmy, RTS and CDG award winning casting team behind HEARTSTOPPER (Netflix) and worked on all 3 seasons

Now co-casting with Lucy Allen (Allen & Payne Casting) they are currently casting for TV and Film.

Tom is one of the co-founders of GAP Workshops that had its inaugural course during the summer of 2022. This free course helped  support and introduce Trans actors to the TV and Film industry with several participants going on to gain their first professional credits and representation by esteemed UK agents.

Tom is a member of BAFTA Connect and probationary member of the Casting Directors Guild of Great Britain. Previously focusing on the LGBTQIA+ for the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion team for the Guild.

Tom’s passion for supporting talent from underrepresented groups, especially those from the LGBTQIA+ community and from lower socio-economic backgrounds, remain at the forefront of their work and close to their heart having grown up on a council estate in Bristol and identifying as non-binary.
