Melissa began working in casting in 2018 having previously worked as a theatre producer. She has assisted Kate Rhodes James, Julia Horan and Theo Park before moving over to work with Lauren Evans, first as her assistant and then as her associate.

With Lauren she has worked on all four seasons of SEX EDUCATION and recently the acclaimed BBC series LOST BOYS & FAIRIES.
